Ask me why I go to Nature…
I’ve been posting a little lately, but only because, luckily, I’m working a lot.
And in the evening, when I’m tired from the long walk and the stress of trying at any cost to give my guests an unforgettable experience, I don’t find the strength to work on photos or to write a few posts: I just enjoy the moment and that enveloping sense of satisfaction and contentment.
Yes, I am lucky to be able to do what I love, to be paid to do what I would do (and do) anyway: go to Nature, immerse myself in the silence and magic of the forests, and still marvel at the fantastic encounters with animals. And if I can share these moments with others, brighten their time and mine with engaging conversations, sharing the Love and Respect for Nature, well, isn’t it just wonderful?
And then I never get tired; there is never the weight of routine, the exhaustion of repeating the same things every day, the same experience, the same walks in the same places. And do you know why? Because nothing is ever the same, because it changes every day and because Mother Nature knows how to surprise and amaze again.
Each day is different, each experience is different, and each guest will have different memories, but nevertheless unforgettable: one day you will see more animals, one day perhaps less but closer; one day you will be lucky enough to spot an eagle, the next day maybe you will be able to admire a baby fox coming towards you, still shrewd, or perhaps just curious.
Just as it happened yesterday, my guest and I surprised, still and without breathing, incredulous at such beauty a few meters from us.
I don’t take my guests to a park or a zoo, but I take them to Nature, to places I know and, above all, that I love and respect. And which, perhaps for this very reason, always pay off.
