Nessuna chance… / No chance…

Avendo seguito un branco di cervi a lungo, ho potuto ammirare e apprendere molto dai loro comportamenti, in particolare durante il periodo degli amori.

Qui, quando oramai le sorti erano già state decise, due esemplari, uno molto giovane, l’altro un po’ meno, provano ad avvicinarsi al branco di femmine, spinti ancora dall’alto livello di testosterone.

Ma è bastato un possente bramito, e lo sguardo indomito del re, per farli tentennare prima e desistere poi: sapevano di non avere alcuna chance.

Pochi giorni dopo i maschi erano spariti, tornati oramai alla loro vita solitaria.

Having followed a herd of deer for a long time, I have been able to admire and learn a lot from their behavior, particularly during the mating season.

Here, when the fate had already been decided, two specimens, one very young, the other a little older, try to get closer to the herd of females, still pushed by the high level of testosterone.

But a mighty roar and the king’s indomitable gaze were enough to make them flinch first and then give up: they knew they had no chance.

A few days later the males were gone, now back to their solitary life.

  2. Nella natura animale non esistono i “tradimenti” poichè non viene mai abbassata la guardia!!! Che foto non ho più parole per descriverle❣

    1. Tutto funziona perfettamente in equilibrio, nel presente da godere e vivere pienamente, quando il resto non conta.
