ERO APPOSTATO

in attesa di un martin pescatore, che ho visto ma che non sono riuscito a fotografare (ma tanto prima o poi…), quando sulle acque del fiume, ho visto il riflesso di un grosso uccello sopra di me.
Ho alzato lo sguardo e un bel nibbio reale, planando lentamente nel vento contrario, mi ha concesso qualche secondo per questi scatti ravvicinati.
In una, se notate, si vede benissimo anche la membrana che copre e protegge gli occhi)

Sempre una meraviglia vederlo!

I WAS LURKING

Waiting for a kingfisher, which I saw but couldn’t take shots of (but sooner or later…), when on the river waters, I saw the reflection of a big bird above me.
I looked up and a nice red kite, slowly gliding in the opposite wind, gave me a few seconds for these close shots.
In one, if you notice, you can also see the membrane that covers and protects the eyes)

Always a wonder to admire it!
