Ho fatto un giro in una riserva naturale vicino Malmö, una zona paludosa, per provare ad avere foto migliori di un uccello secondo me splendido, la pavoncella, riconoscibile prima di tutto per il buffo ciuffo dietro la testa.
Se la volta precedente ero riuscito a fare alcune foto delle sue acrobazie inn volo, questa volta ho avuto la fortuna di trovarne una particolarmente curiosa che si è avvicinata moltissimo, dandomi non solo la possibilità di questi scatti, ma di ammirare lo spettacolo di colori del suo piumaggio.
Senza parole!

Poco più in là, poi, ho avvicinato anche un nuovo uccello: la pettegola.
Il suo nome curioso mi ha portato, ovviamente, a fare delle ricerche per scoprire il motivo per cui noi la chiamiamo in questo modo quando in svedese e inglese è semplicemente “gambe rosse”, e ho scoperto che sia il loro comportamento, ossia ficcare il becco dappertutto e emettere continuamente dei suoni, il motivo per il quale la chiamiamo pettegola.
E, a pensarci bene, non abbiamo tutti i torti… 😃

I had a trip to a nature reserve close to Malmö, a marshy area, to try to have better pictures of a bird in my opinion splendid, the northern lapwing, recognisable first of all for the funny tuft behind the head.
If the previous time I was able to take some photos of its stunts in flight, this time I was lucky enough to find a particularly curious one that came very close, giving me not only the possibility of these shots, but to admire the color show of the its plumage.
Speechless!

A little further on, then, I also approached a new bird: the common redshank
I Italy we call this bird “tattler, gossip woman” and its curious name led me, of course, to do research to find out why we call it this way when in Swedish and English it is simply “red legs”, and I discovered that it is their behaviour,  i.e. to stick the beak everywhere and continuously make sounds, the reason why we call it that way.
And, if you think about it, it’s not completely wrong… 😃
