Dopo il ravvicinato incontro con il capriolo, mentre ero ai margini della foresta appostato con la mia mimetica, uno sparviero mi è volato incontro.

Dal mirino ho potuto vedere che, nonostante tutti i miei camuffamenti, mi aveva avvistato e, con quegli occhi, impossibile pensare il contrario.

Ho aspettato il momento propenso, quando era più vicino possibile, per scattare la foto.

Proprio mentre virava, veloce, fissando dritto il sole.

After the close encounter with the roe deer, while I was lurking with my camouflage at the edge of the forest, a sparrow hawk flew towards me.

From the viewfinder I could see that, despite all my camoufalging, it had spotted me and, with those eyes, it was impossible to believe otherwise.

I waited for the right moment, when it was as close as possible, to take the picture.

Just as it veered, fast, staring straight at the sun.
