Avevo messo l’allarme alle 5:30 e ho dovuto lottare con me stesso per almeno 10 minuti prima di riuscire finalmente ad alzarmi: l’idea di uscire ad affrontare freddo e vento per allenarmi non era affatto invitante…
Sono andato in cucina e istintivamente ho guardato fuori dalla finestra …che cavolo…!?!
Ho dovuto dare un’altra occhiata: nella notte abbiamo avuto una leggera nevicata che ha meticolosamente coperto e decorato ogni singolo ramo e foglia degli alberi del cortile. Il cielo era limpido, il sole stava sorgendo.
Mi sono preparato il più velocemente possibile per uscire… ed è stata la più bella passeggiata mattutina che abbia mai avuto!
Ho attraversato diversi parchi di Malmö (Beijers, Segevång, Pildamms), non era affatto freddo, non c’era vento: solo questa soffice neve dappertutto , un cielo blu e profondo… e gioia tutto intorno.

I had the alarm set at 5:30 and I had to fight myself for about 10 minutes to finally get up: the idea to go out to train, probably in the cold and wind, it was not appealing at all…
I got somehow to the kitchen and instinctively looked out of the window. What the … ? I had to take another look: in the night we had a light snowfall which meticulously covered and decorated every single branch and leaf of the courtyard’s trees. The sky was clear, the sun was rising.
I had to hurry up and get out as fast as I could…and it has been the most beautiful morning walk I ever had!
I went through several parks in Malmö (Beijers, Segevång, Pilldamms), it wasn’t cold at all, no wind: just this soft snow everywhere, a deep blue sky… and joy all around.
